The Patek Philippe ref. 3574 is a fairly uncommon Calatrava model. It was only produced from 1970 to 1974. Within those four years, a few hundred examples were produced. The reference 3574 was only produced in steel with a 35 by 40mm case. The case would also feature a water resistant screw back. As many know, some of the most collectible pateks are ones with steel cases. This unique tonnaeu shaped case is a perfrct example of a rare reference from the brand which was only produced in stainless steel.
