1970 Rolex Oysterdate 6694 Non-Lume Dial

This 6694 is in really nice shape for its age. The silver dial is a fairly uncommon non-lume dial. The dial condition is nice with some aging on the edges but nothing major. The case and bracelet have minor wear and also look just as good.

Curators Thoughts

Before there were ever Datejusts, there were oyster dates and no-date oysters. A simple, manually wound, 34mm Rolex. Totally different from any 34mm Omega or Patek, the 34mm Rolexes wear bigger and nicer on the wrist. Nothing wrong with owning a more affordable and smaller Rolex, that’s what makes these so great.
