The dial is what makes this particular example especially rare. Rather than the Breguet numeral dials often associated with collectible versions of the reference 3796P, this watch features a cream dial set with round diamond hour markers. The configuration was produced in very small quantities and appears considerably less frequently than the better-known Breguet dial variants. Against the warm cream surface, the diamonds remain surprisingly restrained and give the watch a subtle decorative element without changing its fundamental character as a classical Calatrava.
