Instead, it revived a distinctly Saxon approach, with three-quarter plates, hand-finished movements, screwed gold chatons, hand-engraved balance cocks, and finishing that made the movement as important as the dial. The Saxonia represents that philosophy in one of its purest forms.
There are no oversized displays or unusual complications here. Reference 206.027 is a traditional time-only dress watch, but reducing the watch to its basic functions puts considerably more attention on proportion and finishing.
