Created in connection with the America's Cup and limited to just 300 pieces, the 25860IS takes the familiar Royal Oak chronograph and gives it one of the most memorable dial configurations of the era.
The centerpiece is unquestionably the Yves Klein blue dial. Its intense electric blue is paired with bright yellow accents and contrasting light blue chronograph registers, creating a Royal Oak that feels completely different from the restrained silver, black, and navy configurations normally associated with the model.
Despite the color, the underlying design is unmistakably Royal Oak. Gérald Genta's octagonal architecture, exposed bezel screws, integrated bracelet, and tapisserie dial are all present. The result is a watch that manages to be unusual without losing the design language that made the Royal Oak famous in the first place.

The City of Sails is one of those watches that makes far more sense once you see it in person. Photographs capture the color, but not quite the way that saturated blue dial changes as light moves across the tapisserie.
With only 300 examples produced, it also represents a much more unusual corner of Royal Oak collecting. This particular example is especially attractive thanks to its exceptionally clean presentation. The case was professionally polished and remains very sharp, while the dial is mint.
