First things first, the caseback sticker confirms the watch was recently serviced by Cartier. The case is in amazing condition. The watch is paired with a handmade strap in lizard and a Cartier buckle. The Paris Dial is in great condition with very light spidering.
There truly isn't a lot out there about the Vendome, but this is what we know. The Cartier Vendome, introduced in the 1970s, pays tribute to the iconic Place, Vendome Square, where the flagship Cartier boutique is located.
Featuring a round case and a lack of traditional vertical lugs connecting the case to the bracelet. It is essentially a Cartier Tank that has been molded into an elegant round case.

This specific reference is the large size, which is also done in solid yellow gold. The quartz movement helps keep the case profile slim and the vertical lugs pull away from traditional round watch cases. The dial, the same as what you would find on a Tank Louis, features the iconic PARIS stamp under six o'clock and blued hands.
