Curators Thoughts
Before there were ever Datejusts, there were oyster dates and no-date oysters. A simple, manually wound, 34mm Rolex. Totally different from any 34mm Omega or Patek, the 34mm Rolexes wear bigger and nicer on the wrist. Nothing wrong with owning a more affordable and smaller Rolex, that’s what makes these so great.
It's not often you find preserved blue Rolex dials and it's even more rare on a 6694 when it has gold markers and font. Rare and affordable, a great combination when it comes to vintage Rolex.
