Following the success of the first Hermès H08 introduced in 2021 by Philippe Delhotal, Hermès has unveiled a new iteration featuring a case crafted from aluminized glass fiber—a material that is both exceptionally light and highly durable. The watch’s 39 mm cushion-shaped case combines braided and aluminized glass fiber with slate powder, giving the dial a subtle, silvery depth contrasted by a black ceramic bezel and crown. Available in four bold colorways—yellow, green, blue, and orange—each version pairs its vibrant highlights with a matching rubber strap and accents on the dial, minutes track, and seconds hand. The concrete-colored, grained dial is elegantly detailed with Super-LumiNova-coated Arabic numerals and hands for optimal legibility.
Inside, the new Hermès H08 is powered by the in-house calibre H1837, an automatic movement offering a 50-hour power reserve. Comprising 193 parts and 28 jewels, this calibre upholds Hermès’ growing reputation in fine watchmaking. The woven-textured rubber straps not only match the color accents of each piece but also enhance its casual sophistication. Ultra-light on the wrist and visually striking, this latest H08 collection elevates the line’s design language and reinforces Hermès’ distinct voice within modern horology.
