Case: The 34mm case is 18k yellow gold. The case does show signs of polish but nothing excessive. The hallmark on the lug is still very sharp.

Dial: The dial is in fantastic condition. There are no signs of it ever being retouched or cleaned. It has the correct raised enamel typography. It's a very rare sighting to find a vintage VC this clean. The dial looks amazing with its two-tone silver-tone and gold hour markers.

Strap & Buckle: A generic strap and buckle

Vacheron Constantin is known to be part of the Holy Trinity. When it comes to the three brands, VC has some of the best bargains, especially for vintage dress watches. The reference 4073 has seen many iterations and this is as classic as it gets.

We believe this to be from the 1940s because of the serial number and on the later end of the era because of the dial. The dial features a matte silver dial, a brushed silver chapter ring, and yellow gold hour markers. Like many vintage movements, the Caliber 453 is based on a JLC Manual movement.
